Titan Bank provides funds to refinance a Full Service Car Wash in Grapevine, Texas

PRLog (Press Release) - Dec. 3, 2012 - Dallas, TX, December 3, 2012 – Titan Bank, NA today announced the funding of a $1,937,000 loan for the refinance of an existing full service car wash for Grapevine Express, LP located in Grapevine, Texas.  The refinance of the businesses existing debt allowed the company to secure a longer term loan and a lower interest rate which lowered the debt service dramatically to the small business.

Jerry Gray, Titan Bank’s Vice President comments, "Titan Bank provided the long term financing for the refinance of existing debt on the car wash.  This long term loan assisted the business in lowering its’ loan payments significantly while avoiding a future balloon payment that is found in most conventional loans.  The monthly/annual savings in debt service will provide the small business access to additional working capital that can be utilized to grow the business further”.
