Blocks 2 and 6 will be two high-rise residential towers totaling more than 400 units and 65,000 square feet of retail space. The developments will revitalize Rockville, focusing on design and economic restructuring expected to create 550 permanent jobs and generate $1.1 billion in tax revenue in its first 30 years.
