Toronto Management Consulting Firm Named as a Best Employer in Greater Toronto Area

The study was conducted by Aon Hewitt and the Queen’s University School of Business and the results appear in the November 29th edition of the Toronto Star.

The award is a major win for the firm as it confirms the direction and commitment made by the owners, Kevin Gauci, John Whincup, and Joe Oppedisano, following the merger of SBR Global, OPTIMUS Consulting Group and Kemerer Group Inc. in November 2010. The three owners recognized that putting a focus on people and promoting a positive and engaging working environment needed to be their top priority if the newly merged organization was to be a success.
