Needham Bank Sponsors New Year's Needham

Nov. 29, 2012 - PRLog -- Needham Bank, with five branches throughout the greater Boston area is proud to announce its support of New Year’s Needham.

Now in its sixth year, the event will run from noon to midnight on December 31st with a wide variety of programs scheduled in venues throughout town, including Powers Hall at Needham Town Hall, the Needham Public Library and several community churches.  Activities will also be held at the Town Common.

Calling it a “mini First Night,” Suzanne Saevitz, chair of the New Year’s Needham Committee, said the annual event “will offer something for everyone.”

Among the performers slated to appear are members from Charles River Ballet, Tanglewood Marionettes, Longwood Opera, the Needham Concert Society, Melodius Funk and magician Chris Bolter.

“On behalf of the New Year’s Needham Committee, we thank Needham Bank for its generous donation,” said Ms. Saevitz.  “We look forward to presenting the sixth annual NYN and know it will be a wonderful event that the entire Needham community and people from surrounding towns will enjoy.”
