Nov. 29, 2012 - Government Development Center(GDC) entered into final negotiations with GSA on behalf of Tri-R Landscape, Inc (based in Riverside, California) in early November, and they were awarded shortly thereafter. All terms and conditions with pricing have been uploaded and are now showing in GSAAdvantage!
and eLibrary under contract# GS-21F-033AA and available for government wide purchasing. The initial term of this contract is five years, with three renewal periods. Tri-R Landscape is excited to offer their landscaping, tree, and grounds maintenance services to all government purchasers in Southern California.
