Carolina Reserve Grand Opening a Huge Success

Nov. 29, 2012 - PRLog -- INDIAN LAND, S.C.  – More than 200 people turned out for the recent grand opening of Carolina Reserve, Lennar’s new 400-home community in the burgeoning Indian Land, S.C., area of south Charlotte.  The company reports selling a dozen homes in the brand new community, confirming expectations that Carolina Reserve is poised to become one of the area’s most popular places to call home.

While potential homebuyers toured the new, beautifully decorated model homes at Carolina Reserve, a bounce house, inflatable slide and costume contest kept kids entertained.  Fun fall foods like candy apples and funnel cakes gave the event a festival-like atmosphere.

Hardy said guests were also excited to see the preliminary sketches for the community’s clubhouse, which were unveiled during the grand opening.  The clubhouse is in its final design stages and is expected to be complete in the fall of 2013.  Plans also call for a pool, fitness center and pond with a dock, along with 70 acres of green space at Carolina Reserve, which features Six Mile Creek and several tributaries flowing through the community.
