NAVI MUMBAI, 22 November: With Navi Mumbai and Raigad emerging as the new hot realty destinations, developers representative body’s MCHI–CREDAI’s units here have planned to hold their first ever joint property exhibition from November 30 to December 03, 2012.

The exhibition, to be held at G S Tandel Ground, Near Seawoods Railway station, off Palm Beach Road, will focus on projects with convenient price points ranging from an affordable Rs 11 lakhs to luxury apartments of Rs one crore.

Projects from Navi Mumbai, Pen, Raigad, Kharghar, Thane district and surrounding areas will be on display.

A one of its kind initiative by MCHI-CREDAI’s Navi Mumbai and  Raigad Units, the expo will have more than 150 stalls and over 100 developers and 20 Housing Finance Companies and Banks are participating. This will provide home buyers with a unique opportunity to view and compare best properties in the emerging realty destinations in Maharashtra.

Announcing the event, Mr Rajesh Prajapati, President of MCHI – CREDAI, Raigad unit, said: “There has been an unprecedented level of interest among home buyers for Raigad as a property destination due to the all round development in the region coupled with the government’s ambitious mega projects such as the Navi Mumbai airport, the metro services and extension of passenger rail network.

Mr. Arvind Goel, President of MCHI-Navi Mumbai said: “We at MCHI–CREDAI have planned to showcase the properties under one roof for the convenience of not only the developer community, but the buyers as well.”

A special Advisory Pavilion will be set up to give the visitors free advise on legal, society and architectural and interior design related matters, he said.
