The UGPFF is a revolutionary film festival being held online for viewers all over the globe to watch live streaming or chat in Google Hangouts. This year, the festival will also hold two live networking events, one in Asheville NC and in Los Angeles with a Red Carpet event at the Los Angeles Film School.

Founded by Adam J. Cohen of Blind Lyle Films in 2011, the festival is a revolutionary new “twist” on the modern day online festival as it creates interactivity and live events that correlate with the actual showing of the films on the Internet for a global audience. One of the UGPFF’s main goals is to showcase some of the best short films, web series and music videos made each year and give filmmakers a large international audience to see their work.
