When asked, about how the change came about Traci answered, “The industry had lowered its prices over and over again out of fear of losing clients in a tough economy. The cost of doing business, however, didn’t go down. The result is that most of them had to cut services in some form or another. That is a risky move in an industry where you are responsible for protecting, managing and growing the wealth of your clients, while keeping their tenants happy. Instead, we asked a fair price for what we offer and consistently deliver exceptional results.”
When asked how that worked out, Traci replied, “We didn’t lose a single client, in fact we continue to grow at record rates and complete deals even in the slow season regardless of the economy.” This first step into the national arena marks a milestone for the efforts of Traci, her company and women owned businesses everywhere.
Traci continues to grow the business and develop new business opportunities for her company and her clients, including an international venture with an, as yet, unnamed women owned software company out of Europe, but that is another story.
