Mr. Ibrahim has extensive experience with structural design, analysis, and preparation of construction plans for various types of bridges, and other transportation structures. He is also experienced with sign structures, site inspection, and construction quality control. Recent notable projects include the SR 500 Indian River Relief Bridges Design-Build project for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), and providing General Engineering Consultant (GEC) services to the Florida Rail Enterprise branch of the state Department of Transportation.
Mr. Ibrahim earned his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Alexandria University in Egypt, and his master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida. Hazem is a Professional Engineer, and active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
