Robert Eisenberg joins iDiscovery Solutions as a Director

At iDiscovery Solutions, he will provide cost effective and legally defensible e-Discovery consulting and technical services to corporate clients. Clients will benefit from his expertise in developing budget-conscious, long-term e-Discovery regimens for corporations. He will be based in Washington, D.C. and New York City.  

Previously, Eisenberg was Director of e-Discovery Services for OrcaTec, LLC, where he introduced that company’s innovative document analytic and predictive coding software to the marketplace. Eisenberg has over 30 years of experience in the practice of law and the rendering of consultative services relating to the discovery of Electronically Stored Information (ESI), computer forensics, ‘proactive” electronic data preservation and retention and traditional paper-based litigation support services. He frequently conducts seminars, CLE courses, webinars and other presentations on the subjects of e-Discovery, computer forensics and electronic records management. Eisenberg is a founder and Program Co-Chair of The Advanced E-Discovery Institute at The Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. He is also the originator and founding co-chair of Georgetown Law Center’s eDiscovery Training Academy, a unique school for the comprehensive practical training of attorneys, practice support professionals and technical specialists in the entire spectrum of legal strategies and technological services that constitute the full practice of e-Discovery.  Eisenberg is a founder and is the Project Co-Chair of Georgetown Law’s eDiscovery Practice Support Project.  He sits on the Advisory Board of Bloomberg / BNA’s Digital Discovery & eEvidence (DDEE), one of the leading publications in the discipline of e-Discovery. He has B.A. from Brooklyn Center of Long Island University and a J.D. from the Hofstra University School of Law.
