JobFit is a platform enabling discovery and skill certification of job skills, as well as connecting job seekers to job providers for jobs that fit. Job Seekers are assessed for fifteen globally-relevant skills such as selling, creative potential, verbal and written communication, leadership, numeracy, planning and organizing, et al, and certified for their top three skills.
Employers and consultants get free access to candidates pre-screened for skills, and can search, shortlist and schedule them without charge. Additionally, they can conduct their own domain-specific tests or sponsor their own candidates.
