The nine-month diploma program will give prospective students the opportunity to learn the fundamentals and technical skills required for entry-level office jobs, including as a secretary or administrative assistant.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics*, there is a demand for office employees who can perform well at clerical and organizational assignments.
At Everest University, the Business Office Administration program educates students in basic computer functions, including keyboarding, word processing and spreadsheet applications. Students will train in customer relations, develop office management strategies, and learn organization and communication skills.
