Cresa Milwaukee’s Managing Principal Headlines Milwaukee’s 2012 Power Book

Nov. 27, 2012 - PRLog -- Managing Principal, Steve Palec of Cresa Milwaukee, was featured in the The Business Journal’s, 2012 Power Book. According to The Business Journal editor, Mark Kass, the Power Book contains a list of the “movers and shakers” of the Milwaukee community. Kass and his staff asked the questions: “When it comes to getting something done in Milwaukee, who do people go to? Who are the business executives in our community who can get a project started, a problem fixed or red tape removed?”

Palec has continuously been recognized as one of Milwaukee’s top real estate brokers and this is his second consecutive year in The Power Book. This year, Palec was the sole commercial real estate broker to be included on the Power Book list. This recognition comes on the heels of Palec’s 2012 Deal of the Year Award, given by the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW) for having represented Baker Tilly in their 66,000 square foot office relocation in downtown Milwaukee.

Palec has worked in the commercial real estate industry for 27 years and has been involved in some of the largest and most successful office transactions in southeastern Wisconsin. A few of Palec’s significant transactions include Manpower, GE Healthcare, and the Office of the Commissioner of Major League Baseball.
