It will provide the platform for high level debate, exchange of ideas and information as well as extensive networking opportunities for aviation executives from the Middle East and around the world. Themes to be discussed include how to protect your aircraft from wrongful repossession, the Cape Town Convention facilitating the off-shore repossession of business aircraft, protecting your asset after repossession and aircraft storage, business aircraft repossession, aircraft records and retrieval during repossession, business jets in China, aircraft repossession in regions of conflict, and an asset based lender’s perspective.
