How It All Started

It all began in the 1990’s when one of the business partners was to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary. The event was held at the poolside of a hotel. Guests began to discuss about the spectacular menu, the beautiful décor setup, and the excellent ambience. This became the start of a new business venture, which was an offshoot of the owners’ main business, Bigg’s Diner.

The catering business then began sending cooks and crew to Manila to expose them to the big players. The business continued to look for innovations to improve their services and remained updated with latest food trends and event setups. More than 20 years later, Carl’s Catering remains dynamic as ever, innovative, updated, and always adapting to new trends in an effort to bring the business to even higher standards.
