"Grow, Grow, Grow: Understanding Personality Types to Improve Sales Results will be held at 6 p.m. on December 6, 2012 at the Silver Spring Civic Building located at One Veterans Place, Silver Spring, MD 20910. According to statistics from the Small Business Administration, more than fifty percent of businesses fail within five years of inception. There are numerous reasons for failure, chief among them are low sales.

This workshop is for business professionals and business owners who are responsible for increasing revenues and driving results. Lauri Rodich said, "We decided to collaborate on this venture because we saw a real need in the marketplace. Some people don’t have access to an in-house training department or may just want to augment their skills. These local entrepreneurs anticipate turning this workshop into a series aimed at providing training and development to business professionals in key areas that will position them for long term success. Andrea Richards Scott, MBA is a Certified Human Behavior Consultant (CHBC), Certified Professional Coach (CPC), facilitator, and trainer with over 20 years of results-oriented experience in communications, human resources, leadership, negotiations, training, organizational development, program management, problem solving, and sales management. Prior to ARS Professional Development, she was a Client Business Manager for a Fortune 100 company where she managed a high-impact sales team providing technology based solutions and training large-scale government clients.
