She understands the demographic and financial challenges impacting our clients. Her insight and knowledge will prove beneficial as we expand our design services.” Hauck has more than 15 years of marketing, business development and strategic planning experience for architecture, engineering and construction firms. Before joining HGA, she was business development leader with the DLR Group in Santa Monica, where she directed development strategy for healthcare and higher education markets. “HGA brings strong resources and expertise to our clients,” Hauck said. “The firm believes in building consensus, opening lines of communication and establishing a smooth decision-making process.
