Nov. 26, 2012 - PRLog -- After months of only having "Why I Sued Eddie Murphy" available in the Nook Book, Gregory L Hudson's "captivating" new book is finally available for sale at Barnes and Noble in Hard Cover to the delight of many readers.  http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/why-i-sued-eddie-murphy-gregory-l-hudson/1111445927?ean=9781434972590

"It's been very frustrating having this wonderful book and not having it available to Barnes and Noble.  So many of my readers have been complaining about not being able to get this book through B&N. Barnes and Noble is the largest "Brick & Mortar" book store around and not to have it available to B&N is... is ... unthinkable", says Hudson.

The book, about a month ago, had retailers on Amazon selling this stunning hard cover book, retailed at $20.00, as low as $11.95 to beat out the competition.

The first thing you notice when you see this book is "The Mesmerizing Cover Design."  There is a very compelling picture of the author (dressed in all white with his back to the reader) standing on a cliff at one the of highest points on the Island of Barbados (West Indies) overlooking the beautiful Carribean Sea and standing on a point about as far as one can go on land without falling hundreds of feet into the ocean. The book's title is cleverly drawn in the sand by finger.

Then, there is this majestic golden scale (which is supposed to represent the scales of justice) that (depending upon how you look at it) seems to rise up from the Carribean Sea, or decend from the cotton-like-clouds into a glorious clear blue sky ... on a warm, clear, and perfect Carribean sunny day. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kru6CCxyiLQ

One of the most intriguing aspects of the book cover is that it gives the appearance that the author can almost reach out and touch the scales of justice. But the big question is .... "Can the author really see or reach out and touch the scales of justice or .... is justice just a figment of his imagination"?

As for the content of the book, it speaks for itself.  If you haven't read the book yet ... one might be proned to think that the book is all about Eddie Murphy .... wrong! This book takes the reader on a "one-on-one" journey through the American Judicial System (on a first-hand eye-witness account as if the reader was walking along side Hudson) like no other book and the emotions run the gambit from funny, sad, anger, shock, relief, empathy, and joy.  What many readers take away from the book is a more informed and better understanding of the unfairness and false and misleading perception of equal justice for all; inaddition to being totally amazed as to how the author was able to endure more than a decade of all out war in this true "David and Golaith" story against Eddie Murphy, Universal Studios and others.

Here is what some of the readers wrote in their reviews on Barnes and Noble's website.

"...Book commands respect because it does not to glorify but , causes you as the reader to identify . Book is written presicely and concisely ...."  by Jill22

"...And then you read the book and realize that Hudson is not jumping on some bandwagon or merely trying to ‘make bank.’ In fact, the book offers a ‘can-you-believe-this-still-happens-in-this-country?!’" by JBlairBrown

"This book is a must read for aspiring screenwriters or playwrights, who are naive to the possibilities of their artistic works being compromised or misrepresented, on a large scale, by powerful production companies" by Anonymous.

"An excellent read a perfect blend of tounge and cheek with the facts to back up statements. I recommend this book to all interested in reading about the underside of the entertainment business". By 13858482

"This book will open your eye's and you will tend to look at things differently and if you are an independent artist you will certainly have the mindset to protect your work. I'm gonna tell you that I could not put this book down! It's an easy read and Mr. Hudson is clearly a character that will have you laughing out loud! I had to pass this book on so that others can read it. I truely enjoyed this book and wish Mr. Hudson all the success in the world.!"  by Anonymous

"The information in this book was clearly given, highly detailed and more or less like a learning experience. He was very funny and it is as he was in front of you telling you a story. I have learned not to be too trusting especially with people in authority." by USUS

"The world is now beginning to hear first hand, substantiated accounts of just how Unjust our Justice system is...this book lays the foundation for the unprecedented fight for Independent Artists to get the rights to their copyrighted material out of the hands of the alleged thieves and back where they rightfully belong."  by Anonymous

Again, don't be fooled into thinking that this book is all about Eddie Murphy or Eddie Murphy bashing, though it does take a few digs here and there ... but all true. If you have never seen live performances of Hudson's plays on stage or read any of his books, you will be in for a real treat reading this book.  Hudson's unique style and gut-busting humor is all over this book. Also noted for his clever writing style and dialogue in his powerful stage play dramas, the use of those same literary devices are delivered in "Why I Sued Eddie Murphy".

You can also enjoy some of Hudson's other books sold at Barnes & Nobles such as: "Monologues: Dramatic Monologues For Actors" which many feel "may be the best monologue book anywhere", or "Showtime: Comedic Acting Scenes for Two Actors" which is the follow-up book to Monologues and is a one of a kind book.  Then there is "48 Poems: Reflections Of A Poet" which is described simply as a 'treasure chest" of poetry, love, and language.  http://www.poorpennyproductions.com/index/mn40941/Hudson_v_Eddie_Murphy

For those readers who prefer the electronic version, not to worry.  This beautiful book also is available in the Nook Book for only $8.99 and other digital formats.

So .... when you are preparing your reading list, this book should be high upon that list and .... it makes a wonderful gift; as a matter of fact ... all of Hudson's books make wonderful gifts. Include them on you holiday shopping list!

If that's not enough after reading the book or books, order a t-shirt, cap, mug, iphone cover, or other unique merchandize with all of Hudson's stunning book covers on them at "First Impression Book Store". http://www.cafepress.com/firstimpressionbookstore

"I absolutely love this book!" Say Gregory.  "As a matter of fact ... I love all of my books, but 'Why I Sued Eddie Murphy' is in a class by itself. Law students will love it, Independent Artists will treasure it, and the literary and legal world is in a better world because of it".
