She is very proud of all of her achievements but is especially honored to be receiving a Congressional Citation from Congressman Leonard Lance (R). She is receiving this honor in recognition for her participation to make a National Foster Children's Day. It has been recognized has a legal day in the state of New Jersey and Ms. Morgart is determined to do her part to make it a national day.
As you can see Erin is a busy woman. It is no surprise that she is in such demand, but Erin was not always as fit as her photos reflect. She did not always have the picture perfect body. Like many women she has had her struggles. She worked hard to overcome the extra 45 pounds she put on after having her children. Heart disease runs in Erin's family, in fact a lot of her family members died from heart disease. Erin vowed she would not become another statistic. Erin pushed herself to not only lose the weight she gained but she also went that extra mile and became a fitness and nutrition expert, currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Sports Medicine. She loves pushing others to meet their goals as well. To get in shape for the United Nations pageant Erin followed a strict regiment. “I workout every morning from 6-7 am for six days straight and do weights 2 mornings/week for 30 minutes." stated Erin.
Erin is an ideal role model for women of all ages. She is an inspiration and shows that if you work hard and stay determined you can meet your fitness goals. For more information on Erin check out her website at http://www.erinjmorgart.com
