Titan Bank Funds Office Warehouse Acquisition & Remodel, Wylie, Texas

PRLog (Press Release) - Nov. 27, 2012 - Dallas, TX, November 27, 2012 – Titan Bank, NA today announced the funding of a $310,000 loan for the acquisition of a +/- 6,150 square foot owner occupied office warehouse for DFW Electric Group located in Wylie, Texas.  The three year old company was previously leasing space when it decided to purchase real estate for their business.
