A Three Step Process to Overcoming Businesses’ Hidden Challenges!

Today, DS Goldsmith is pleased to announce that it has established a three step process to help senior executives unearth the real challenges, concerns, issues problems they and their organizations must deal with.  “The problem is that senior executives have a hard time getting unbiased feedback that they can trust.  They need the help of a highly qualified, impartial professional where they can get astute feedback and discuss confidential business matters” states, David Goldsmith.

DS Goldsmith’s executive consultative program functions in a variety of roles which include being a sounding board, advisor, and evaluator and providing feedback.  The first goal is to uncover exactly what issues need to be worked on, and formulate what the desired outcome would look like.  Executive consultive coaching involves developing a customized questioning strategy, probing and providing feedback to help executives gain a clearer and deeper perspective into the various business issues being discussed. Confidentiality is maintained at all times.

These business issues can include dealing with mergers, organizational change, personnel problems, hiring and firing decisions, moral issues, office relocation, strategies, and various other business issues.  The goal of consultive coaching is to help each client better understand, evaluate, and unearth the true business issues that need to be successfully dealt with.  This will help clients create an effective plan of action on how to approach and solve the business challenges and issues being discussed.

The Process:

Step One:  Starts by defining and identifying the perceived challenges, issues or problems involved and formulating what the desired outcome will look like.

Step Two:  Starts by evaluating any assumptions, hunches and data the executive has relating to the challenges, issues, or problems.  Continue to define the issue and start putting a plan of action.

Step Three:  Starts by reviewing all the data gathered and to apprise properly the information, a plan of action will be established on how to approach and solve the issues involved.  Follow-up sessions will be determined as needed.
