On November 15, 2012 the American Ambassador to Belgium was sent to receive the gift of Plasma Dilution Reactor Technology for space travel from the Keshe Foundation in Belgium. This gift was presented to all of the people of the Earth via their governments.

On November 19, 2012 a petition was formed on the White House petition site (https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/honor-gift-plas...) to call upon President Obama to announce this gift to the American People. Americans formed this petition such that a proper response to such an amazing gift of technology can be celebrated properly as it changes the fundamental ability to travel long distances in space. This is a gift to all people and not just the corporations and therefore should be presented to the People.

All people of America are encouraged to sign the petition such that the full implications of the gift may be realized as this affects not only space travel, but health, energy and environmental concerns. It also has implications for materials development and even food production.
