Nov. 24, 2012 - PRLog -- There’s no good time to be arrested for driving under the influence, but it can really ruin your holidays. Even so, don’t bury your head in the sand and blow the 10 day deadline to request an Admin Per Se Hearing with the DMV. The phone number to call is on the Temporary License given to you at the time of your arrest. You can also contact your local Department of Motor Vehicles Driver Safety Office.

If you were arrested in Orange County, the office you should call is the Orange Driver Safety Office, which is located directly across the street from my office. In the Inland Empire, the Driver Safety Office is located in the city of San Bernardino.

A complete list of Driver Safety Offices is as follows:

You must request an Admin Per Se hearing within ten days of your arrest. The arresting officer may or may not have brought this to your attention. You must request a hearing from your local Driver Safety Office or the main DMV office in Sacramento. Don’t call your local Licensing Office (where you to go to renew your license or register your car) – they can’t help you.

I offer a free initial consultation and I will assist you in contacting the DMV in order to preserve your right to a hearing -- whether or not you hire my office to represent you. I am dedicated to helping you to understand the consequences of this DUI arrest, both with the DMV and with the courts. And making sure you understand your rights.

You want to hire an experienced and specially trained DUI lawyer, whether this is your first, second, third or fourth DUI. Don’t delay. Call my office now for your free consultation at (866) DUI-BUST or (714) 740-1095. Or visit my website for more information at http://www.drunkdrivinglawyer.com.
