Shiatsu Therapy is a form of Japanese Manual Body Therapy that has its foundation in Oriental Medical Theory. Acupressure (Acupuncture without needles) or Acupressure Massage is another name for this therapy.

Cryo Sauna is a bath in liquid nitrogen a temperature of -290F for a duration of 2 – 5 minutes. The very low temperature and fast rate of the procedure allows for the surface of the skin (where thermal receptors are located) to be cooled down, causing healing and rejuvenating effects to the affected areas throughout the body. Due to the special properties of the Cryo sauna Spa, the cold gas procedure is quite comfortable.
