Kent Ford Dealership Teams Up to Support High School Extracurricular Activities

Nov. 23, 2012 - PRLog -- Bowen Scarff Ford LINCOLN, a top Kent Ford dealership, partnered with Kent-Meridian High School during the Ford Drive 4 UR School program to raise money for various clubs and extra curricular activities.

Earlier in October, members of the local Kent community came to Kent-Meridian High School to test-drive a new Ford and help raise money for some exceptional school clubs. Every person who went for a test-drive in a new Ford raised a $20 donation from Bowen Scarff Ford LINCOLN.

This Kent Ford dealership also donated an additional amount to the sport or club that generated the most test-drives. The Japanese Club, with 42 test-drives, raised $840 plus an additional $300 from Bowen Scarff Ford LINCOLN.

The wrestling team generated 26 test-drives and raised $520, plus a $200 donation from Bowen Scarff Ford LINCOLN. The girls soccer team garnered 24 test-drives, and raised $480 and another $100 thanks to this Kent Ford dealership.

In total, Kent-Meridian High School after-school programs received over $6,000 from Bowen Scarff Ford LINCOLN.
