Geneva-based CERN, the world’s leading particle physics research institute, has asked Steelhenge to review its strategic crisis response framework. Over the next few months the consultancy will also be assessing CERN’s training and exercising requirements, and delivering bespoke crisis management courses tailored to the specific needs of its crisis teams.
Building, developing and improving crisis management capability enables organisations of all sizes and sectors to see potential crises before they land, and respond rapidly and effectively when they do. Coherence with overall business plans and strategic management objectives is essential to successful crisis planning.
