Administration team member Lucy Lin discovered senior staff at Boyd Capital Partners were more than happy to help support her after she said she wanted to volunteer as a special constable with the Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Force (HKAPF).
Boyd Capital Partners places great importance on staff development and well being and didn’t hesitate when it became clear that Lucy would need greater flexibility to combine her job as a client administration officer with her voluntary position as a special constable with the Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Force.

Boyd Capital Partners administration team leader Charlie Yang commented “After Lucy’s extensive training to become a special constable; she is required to carry out at least 16 hours of work per month. The board of directors offered to support Lauren’s volunteer work by giving her flexibility around her hours of work in order for her to carry out the voluntary hours required within a month. Lucy wanted to train as a special constable so that she could give back to her local Hong Kong Kowloon district community in which she grew up in.”
