#sateenscene, the only San Antonio news show created by, for, and about teens, is looking for young and fresh voices to join the series at its new home, #goodjobtexasjr.
The series will hold an open cast & crew call for four correspondents (two male, two female), ages 14-18, on Saturday, December 1. The series is looking for fun, fresh, and exciting personalities to explore the latest in music, fashion, events, and issues for teenagers in the San Antonio area, and for teens interested in working behind the scenes as camera operators, editors, segment producers, etc. #sateenscene is an opportunity for teens to learn how to create their very own news show, and to make their voices heard on the issues that matter most to them.
Teens are encouraged to bring headshots and résumés if they have them, and will perform a cold read of selected news stories (scripts will be provided at the audition).
#sateenscene will begin airing on #goodjobtexasjr in early 2013.
