What is Krav Maga

Krav Maga is a relatively new fighting art that was developed in the 1940's by one Imi Lichtenfeld, and is generally regarded by professionals as the single most effective combat system anywhere. It has came to prominence since it's development due to the fact that it has been taken up by various security agencies around the world, including the Israeli Defense Forces (the IDF), the CIA and the FBI. It continues to grow in popularity with both civilians as well as security personnel since it is easy to learn, apply and remember. And of course that it is very effective.

About the Product Creator Guy Dar

Guy Dar started his training in Krav Maga in 1980 and was granted Black Belt status and Krav Maga Instructor in 1989. He was personally trained by Eli Avikzar and ultimately became on of Eli’s top instructors. In addition, he is a Senior teacher and Expert of Defensive Arts in Israel.

He is also a highly respected Certified Martial Arts & Self Defense coach from the well known Wingate Institute. In addition, he is a Senior teacher and Expert of Defensive Arts in Israel.

He has expertise in training police units and Special Defense forces worldwide according to their specific, unique needs.
