Owner of BUM-CAKE Vintage, Christiana Greene, teams up with fashion designer/illustrator & blogger of NY Southern Belle, Megan McCormick, to host a gathering filled with merrymaking fun. The fashionistas are bringing some of their favorite eco-friendly holiday creations together in one cozy place at Cornerstone restaurant & lounge, located in Fort Greene, Brooklyn to promote holiday gifts with green initiatives.
Holiday Event in Brooklyn
Handmade eco-friendly greeting cards, soaps, and vintage jewelry will be on display and available for purchase. Each greeting card has a unique, one-of-a-kind design, which is handcrafted by Megan and inspired by “holiday warm and fuzziness... apple cider and hugs,” she says. No two cards will be the same and her love for fashion will still be incorporated. An array of handmade soaps created by Christiana are available in seven moisturizing scents including cinnamon almond and rosemary mint—perfect for this time of year as well as a collection of bash-worthy vintage jewelry. Music will be playing and hors d'oeuvres will be served, so get ready to mingle & be merry!
