The Spices of My Life
Nov. 20, 2012 - PRLog -- While most mothers don’t usually cook meals for ten or more, that is the regular setting at Tiffany Moen’s dinner table. Today, she releases her first cookbook inspired by her large family with her husband and their eight children – five who were adopted from various countries – which resulted in ten hungry mouths with varying palate preferences. The Spices of My Life: A Culinary Collection of Recipes, Memories, and More surpasses the average cookbook. It's a story of Moen’s diverse family and her experience incorporating her children’s varied ethnic heritage to “stretch the dollars, feed the stomachs, and rejuvenate family meals.”

The idea for a cookbook came about during a very stressful time when Tiffany’s husband, Eric, was unemployed. Within four months of starting, she had written, cooked, verified, and photographed the recipes for The Spices of My Life. She came up with the name because it spoke to her love for experimenting with spices in the kitchen, and the elements each of her eight children brings to her family.  It is Moen’s ability to get creative and complete meals with ingredients found at local ethnic markets that truly makes her food and life so interesting. Many of her recipes have a new flair and flavor that doesn't make them more challenging to make, just more fun to eat.

The Spices of My Life is now available in hardcover (http://shop.boutiqueofqualitybooks.com/The-Spices-of-My-L...), paperback (http://shop.boutiqueofqualitybooks.com/The-Spices-of-My-L...), or eBook (http://www.amazon.com/The-Spices-Life-Collection-ebook/dp...) through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and other book retailers. The book is also available to preorder through BQB Publishing’s online store, bqbpublishing.com (http://www.bqbpublishing.com/).
