NMRX and SWX: the new product range of Motovario

Nov. 20, 2012 - PRLog -- Motovario, worldwide leader company for mechanical power transmission, has recently launched a range of geared motors suitable for use in corrosive and/or highly hygienic environments as the food process industry, the chemical/ pharmaceutical industry or specific applications such as car washing and marine on board installations. This range is successful in the fish and zoo-technical industries located in the north of Europe.
These products use materials, surface treatments, components and mechanical process for the motor and gearbox to increase both reliability, resistance to the corrosion and compatibility with all working processes.
The range is available in two different versions:

- NMRX characterized by a square casing
- SWX characterized by a round casing

Depending on the version, the new range is available from size 030, with hollow output shaft diameter Ø14mm, up to the size 105 with hollow output shaft diameter Ø42mm. The key success factors of the new range Motovario NMRX / SWX are the possibility to “seal” the reducer-motor connection and the opportunity to customize the product according to the needs of the customer. The range is also available with anti-corrosion painting.

Motovario has developed a product suitable for “basic” application and characterized by the easy disassembly from the customer machine/application; the main features are the AISI 304 stainless steel hollow output shaft, flange mounting screws and covers with anti-corrosion treatment, adhesive nameplate suitable for aggressive environments, holes closed by pressure caps, synthetic oil and blue RAL 5010 painting.
Through a wide range of options/accessories, it’s possible to customize the product raising its technological level and making it suitable for more complex applications, where the environment affects its operation.
The motor range includes three-phase 4-pole motors with standard efficiency TSX and high efficiency THX, both available with brake (TBSX/ TBHX).
