The winner in each city will get a chance to co-host a show on Radio Mirchi. The campaign would shortlist prospects basis the votes they are able to garner through social media. Basis qualitative criteria and votes, prospects would be shortlisted for an audition. Popular RJs coupled with local celebrities would judge participants at the auditions in each city. As part of the On-ground campaign, the team would visit youth hangouts viz Colleges, Malls, Coffee shops in each city to create buzz, generate interest and garner participation and facilitate spot registrations.
