PRLog (Press Release) - Nov. 19, 2012 - Albuquerque, New Mexico – This November 1 and 2 2012, Manny Ortega attended the two day local Regional Service Meeting of the United Servicers Association. This association works to provide repair and business training to its membership, all service and repair provider companies. This meeting was one of many USA provided for the fall of 2012 for the benefit of its membership. Registration to the Regional Service Meeting events was open to all service companies.

On Thursday morning, 1 November 2012, the USA meeting provided training on Whirlpool products. In the afternoon, there was technical training on BOSCH product.

On Friday morning, 2 November 2012, training on Scotsman products was provided. In the afternoon, USA provided training on business management for service provider businesses.

The technical training for Whirlpool, BOSCH, and Scotsman was provided by each of the manufacturers and included product teardowns to demonstrate the latest repair techniques for each brand.

The business management training included but was not limited to: Internet Marketing, Calculating Hourly Cost of a Service Call, Flat Rate Pricing, and Technician Productivity through New Technology. This portion of the training was designed to allow each business to improve its practices, its profits and its customer satisfaction.
