Ryan Barr and Ryan Bennett of Lee & Associates’ North San Diego County office represented the private buyer in the transaction. The private seller was represented by Marc Bonilla of Colliers in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Located at 2629 N. Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, Ariz., this property is a new strategic satellite facility for Arrowhead Health and houses an ambulatory surgical center. The buyer was an out-of-state private investment firm who paid the full $3.3 million in cash.
