We are very proud of utilizing energy efficient building practices including geo-thermal heating, a sophisticated drainage and rain water collection system as well as spray foam insulation. The Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, Commercial Committee evaluates and judges referred Commercial projects in their jurisdiction, that exemplifies creativity in design, function, appeal as well as how the renovation project conforms and stands out in the surrounding area.
