“Our guests spoke up and told us that they loved our resort, but that our rooms looked dated,” says Philip Colvin, Director of Marketing at the Holiday Inn Resort, “so our team worked hard to find a great new furniture and amenities package to enhance our rooms and the guests experience at our resort.”
The resort team completed the renovation during the fall of 2012 and was chosen by Holiday Inn’s parent company, Intercontinental Hotel Group, to receive the Renovation of the Year Award for their exceptional vision and implementation of the 2012 renovation.
The Holiday Inn Resort may have just completed a major renovation this year, but the resort team is not done enhancing their property for their guests.
“We are always looking for ways to improve our guest experience at the Holiday Inn Resort, and we’re very enthusiastic about continuously evolving our resort to suite our guests’ needs.
