Rook Coffee Roasters Now Open Inside Little Silver Train Station

PRLog (Press Release) - Nov. 19, 2012 - “We leaked the word on our Facebook page late on Friday, that we would open our doors in the morning. That small leak helped for a fantastic first day,” said Co-owner Holly Migliaccio.

On Monday morning, as the first trains came rushing by since Hurricane Sandy hit our area, Rook was already buzzing with commuters and locals who have been excited for their arrival.

The key elements to the success of this fast-paced location will be the twelve fifteen-minute-only parking spaces directly in front, the larger working area for employees, the ability for customers to text in their orders before arriving, the opportunity to pay with a Smartphone to speed things up, and of course the fantastic freshly roasted made-to-order coffee offered on the menu.

During this first week in business, Rook’s hours will be Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 7:00am-2:00pm and Thanksgiving from 7:00am-12:00pm. However, as of Monday, November 26th Rook’s set hours will be Monday through Friday 5:30am-3:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 7:00am-2:00pm.  

Established in January 2010, Rook Coffee Roasters (www.rookcoffeeroasters.com) is a visionary specialty coffee business complete with four retail stores in Oakhurst, Long Branch, Ocean Township, Little Silver, a roastery in Ocean Township and an online shipping service.
