Poli Mortgage Donates $1200 to First Time Homebuyer Program

Just last week Poli Mortgage Group donated $1200 to Bread and Roses Housing in support of sponsoring a family into the Bread and Roses  first time home ownership program helping low income families in the community.

Chip Poli, CEO of Poli Mortgage, sees the importance of helping those in the greatest need.

"It is the goal of Poli Mortgage to help to educate all individuals who strive to own their own home," Poli said. "We believe that with the proper knowledge and hard work, anyone can own a home, and we would like to help to make that possible one family at a time."

Bread and Roses Housing is a community land trust that is invested in helping low-income families realize their dream of buying a home. Bread and Roses was founded in 1987 and is located at 15 Union Street in Lawrence, MA.  They have been helping families through the challenging and lengthy process of finding a home of their own.  Bread and Roses assists potential homebuyers with a total household income of less than 50% of the area median, with their general service area in the Merrimack Valley.  There are no geographic restrictions for applying for their service.
