represented the landlord, City Square Holdings, LLC. Ted Wheatley of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, Six Red Marbles, LLC, on this 5 year lease renewal.
Founded in 1996, Six Red Marbles is America’s largest US-based development house for learning materials. They are dedicated to bringing the power of natural learning to every classroom, pre-K through adult. They have done work for major publishing clients like McGraw-Hill, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and Pearson.
