New Hope Mental Health Counseling Center Opens Its Doors To The Community

PRLog (Press Release) - Nov. 19, 2012 - New Hope Mental Health Counseling P.C. celebrated their grand opening by hosting their 1st Annual Fall Foliage festival on Saturday, November 10th, 2012. Sister Graham from Christ of King and Father Amaratta from Our Lady of Hope Church both were present to give a special and warm blessing to the center. Councilwomen Crowley from district 30, and Senator Addabbo Jr not only made an appearance but also participated in the celebration by giving a brief speech on the stigma and need for a center like New Hope Mental Health Counseling in the Queens area.  

Guests from the community, family and friends received free goodies from Chobani, Popchips, and Arby’s, cupcakes by Shey In Chez, Carolina’s Pad and SoyJoy. The event was followed by a fun- filled day of activities for all to enjoy. Such as face painting, arts& crafts, and bouncy house. One of the guest attendee won a flat screen TV during the raffle drawing. “Our family vision for the grand opening of New Hope Mental Health Counseling was to educate the local community as well as give them a tour of the center, all the while meeting and interacting with the staff.  Our goal is to reduce the negative stigma that surrounds the counseling industry,” says Max Panayotti.
