Bay Harbour Med Spa to Offer Free Skin Care Tips & Advice to Teens Worldwide

PRLog (Press Release) - Nov. 18, 2012 - Since 2008 Bay Harbour Med Spa has offered expert skin care advice, free, to its website visitors. Realizing the high demand for this service in the community, "we've decided to expand this to teens across the globe," says Anabelle Taub. Given the economic challenges over the last few years, it was our way of giving back to the community and giving sound advice to teens about skin care tips and sharing inexpensive natural recipes to help treat some of their concerns. Taub continues, "With close to 85% of teens suffering from acne, we saw a disturbing amount of young adults who wrote to us about feeling depressed or being bullied in school. This broke our hearts. With an overwhelming number of teen suicides due to cyber bullying, we knew we had simple solutions that these teens could easily implement. We just had to figure out a way to reach them in greater numbers."

The alarming numbers of teens without access to medical care has only strengthened our determination to give teens options to deal with basic skin care issues in a cost-effective way. Our goal is not to give medical advice; we leave that for physicians, but rather to point teens in the right direction.

Based out of Miami, Florida, we'd like to extend this service to young South Florida teens and hope to hold monthly free skin care how-to forums starting in 2013.  Our main goal is to help every teen out there attain a sense of confidence and self-esteem many lack, with the added bonus of good health.
