Jean Silk, owner of Silk Shortbread, recently announced the Orange Zest and Lemon Zest flavored shortbread cookies in addition to the classic flavor. The two fruity flavors are refreshing and sweet making them a perfect snack to pair with tea.

Silk Shortbread was started by Jean Silk with the mission to bring the classic style of shortbread cookies, as enjoyed in the UK, to the United States. Jean herself had the opportunity to live in London, where she found her inspiration to start her own bakery back home.
