MW Real Estate Group Implements Online Resident Payment Portal For Property Management

MW Realty of Los Angeles has recently begun using an online payment portal—PayLease—to easily track and organize collections through their student housing units at USC

PRLog - Nov. 16, 2012 - MW Real Estate Group—a private real estate brokerage and property management firm providing innovate and enduring real estate solutions for investors in California—has recently implemented a new online resident payment portal on their website, www.mwrealtyla.com.

The portal was designed to enable MW Realty to currently manage collections for twenty-one properties within the USC campus that house students.

“We created this online resident payment program in conjunction with a transparent management filing system using Dropbox for communal sharing between the owners, our company, external participants such as  off shore bookkeepers and such,” said Wolf Baschung, CCIM, CPM and President of MW Real Estate Group.  “This comprehensive approach proved very satisfactory to the owners and really streamlined rent collection for all of the students.”

Utilizing PayLease—www.paylease.com—in conjunction with their property management software, MW Real Estate Group can focus on other aspects of management as opposed to collecting and coordinating payments.

PayLease provides property managers with secure, cost-effective and easy-to-use payment solutions to allow them to more efficiently run their business.  The solutions within PayLease are built with features that exclusively meet the needs of property managers and their management software.

“With the housing units located on the USC campus, we deal with students from all over the world, and the online portal allows us to keep track of and receive payments on time, regardless of if students are on summer vacation or paying from abroad, for example.  This cutting-edge software will revolutionize the way property managers do business.”
