The symposium will permit Not Only Street Record affiliates in Kansas and Colorado to conduct artist showcases and symposiums. In exchange, Hysteria Mix-tape Series and other entertainment opportunities will be opened in California and Florida, with construction and product selection completed by the dBHeard Publishing Group.
