The Boerke Company Continues Growth, Adds 3 Experienced Brokers

Nov. 15, 2012 - PRLog -- MILWAUKEE)—The Boerke Company continues to see their office expand with expert talent, as three additional brokers join the firm this week. Rand Wolf, a former Senior Vice President at CB Richard Ellis, will be adding over 30 years of market knowledge to the firm’s Industrial Team, while Kristian Sydow and Nathan Powers, both former team members at Apex Commercial (now Jones Lang LaSalle), bring their combined 15 years of commercial real estate and development experience to the company’s Retail Team.

Sydow and Powers were courted by all of the commercial real estate firms in the area, after Apex Commercial made their transition to Jones Lang LaSalle. “There are some excellent firms in Milwaukee, but what really helped us make the decision to come here was the support their staff brings to the brokers,” said Sydow. “Having a dedicated Research Director, with in-depth market knowledge, and a committed Marketing Director, who will personally work with me and my clients, were the two final nudges needed to make us confident in our big move,” added Powers.

To help support the new team members and firm’s growth, The Boerke Company has also added Brianna Larson on as a Marketing & Research Analyst in September. Larson previously worked at SNL Financial.
