Sink or Swim to Park Messenger Bags in Heritage Bicycle General Store Thanks to Twitter Feed

PRLog (Press Release) - Nov. 15, 2012 - After a successful launch in October, Sink or Swim, handbags and accessories, has found itself in high demand for holiday shopping. Previously, the messenger and handbag line could only be found at Wicker Park’s rock boutique, Broken Cherry, or on the company’s homepage. Less than a month after the launch, through a Twitter feed that was commented on by a fan of both companies, Sink or Swim and Heritage Bicycle General Store have come together to add a second brick-and-mortar location.

“I tweeted Heritage one day, and someone commented that they would love to see my messenger bags in the store. It was really cool how the whole situation panned out and we are really excited to offer our messenger bags at an awesome location that cares about local talent and the local community,” says Sink or Swim Owner, Kate Sanderson.

All messenger bags are hand-crafted in Chicago and can be purchased for $125 at Heritage Bicycles General Store, located at 2959 Lincoln Ave., in Lincoln Square. Messengers, day travelers and purses can also be purchased at Broken Cherry Rock Boutique, located at 1734 W. North Ave., in Wicker Park.
