With this in mind, the Midwest Social Media Summit invited international professional social media speaker Krista Neher to represent Boot Camp Digital, a leading educator in social media training, to share her insights on how businesses can attain meaningful ROI (return on investment) from social media.
Neher has authored a best selling book on social media, The Social Media Field Guide, co-authored a textbook on social media marketing, Social Media Marketing: A Strategic Approach and is currently writing her third book Visual Social Media Marketing. Neher will discuss the issues and opportunities in measuring social media as well as how smart businesses are designing social media efforts for results.
Neher will be joined by other successful business leaders and entrepreneurs including Jim Kukral, a bestselling author and Internet marketing professor at the University of San Francisco, Roger K. Lowe, the Senior Vice President of Communications at the American Red Cross, and Mike Maleski, the Vice President of Digital Sales, Marketing & Operations for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
The conference begins at 8 am on November 28th and ends at 4:00 pm. A cocktail reception will follow so that conference attendees can network with one another and with the speakers.
