Kelly Volkswagen Celebrates Groundbreaking At New VW Site

PRLog (Press Release) - Nov. 15, 2012 - Kelly Volkswagen is celebrating their new Volkswagen dealership on Route 114 in Danvers. On November 15th, 2012, Kelly Automotive President Brian Kelly and others gathered to commemorate the groundbreaking ceremony at the location where the new Kelly Volkswagen dealership will be built. The groundbreaking location was behind the current Kelly FIAT dealership and is expected to be a 32,177 square foot dealership on a 4.7-acre site. Once construction formally begins on the lot, the existing Kelly FIAT dealership will be demolished and moved to make room for the new state-of-the-art dealership.

According to plans mentioned originally on Boston.com, the new dealership is expected to be comprised of a small mezzanine, space for a showroom, a service department, a parts storage area, an accessory car wash, and a dealership office area. The move would give Kelly Volkswagen customers a larger parking lot area, and would also likely increase the size of the service department, allowing more vehicles to be serviced.
